The QI Monitor will ensure that the organization delivers high quality services and adheres to required standards through monitoring and evaluating departments on an ongoing basis for internal and external compliance.
Compliance/Monitoring
Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
Functional, Specialized, & Technical
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organizational skills are required
Analytical & Problem Solving
Critical Analysis and attention to detail
Data Analysis and proficiency in statistical techniques
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Health Services Administration, or related field
Preferred Education & Experience
Master’s degree in Human Services, Health Services Administration, or related field
1-2 years Mental health experience
1-2 years’ experience working in Quality Assurance

- ROSC Principles
- Peer Reviews
- Recovery Capital Index
- Performance Outcome Measures
- Financial/ Sliding Fee Scale review
- Departmental Chart Compliance
- HR documentation and training
- Monthly report compliance to ensure accuracy
- Alert Leadership to trends and issues that arise from monitoring activities
- Prepare and submit Outcome Measures to funding sources
- Analyze Client Satisfaction results and report findings/deficiencies to Supervisors and Leadership
- Attend Quality Improvement Meetings
- Lead ROSC monthly Committee meetings
- Documentation of meeting minutes (Clinical PI, Supervisors, etc.)
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles
- Knowledge of external regulatory agency rules and standards
- Knowledge of budgeting process as well as funding levels and sources
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret and abide by confidentiality laws, abuse reporting guidelines, and client rights requirements and abide by a code of ethical and practice standard
